SCF girls defeat Yuma in dual; take team title at Garden County

The Sedgwick County/Fleming girls wrestling team secured a decisive victory over the Yuma girls' squad in an intense match-up on Thursday evening. The final score was 42-29, with SCF outpacing the home team with a series of dominant performances across the weight classes.

The evening kicked off with the 170-pound weight class, where Olivia Stone took on Sierra Brown of Yuma. Stone pinned Brown in just 1:36 to score the first points of the night for her team.

Yuma's Taelynn Robinson defeated Bella Allen in just 16 seconds by fall in the 105-pound division.
