Donors give to Locks of Love

JESSICA AYALA holds a chunk of her own hair just cut by Jane Shafer during half time activities of the Bulldog's pink out football game Friday night. In honor of Breast Cancer Month, the Haxtun Cheerleaders hosted an event to collect donations for Locks of Love and in addition to Ayala, four others made donations on Friday with haircuts by Shafer.

Ayala's donation is her second to the Locks of Love organization. Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that provides free or low-cost hair prosthetics to children who have lost their hair due to medical conditions.
