Offender de-registers

Haxtun Police Chief Tom Bullard reported the de-registration of sex offender James Leonard within Haxtun’s city limits.

Leonard is no longer registered at an address in the 200 block of North Wallace Avenue. Leonard is required to register as a sex offender annually following an October 2011 conviction in Phillips County Court for attempted sex assault on a child.
