Dr. Dana Morgan comes to Haxtun Health

Dana Morgan, MD, has over 30 years of experience as a primary care physician. She began her training in Microbiology at the University of Montana in 1983 and once she earned her bachelor's she headed west to University of Washington in Seattle, earning her Doctor of Medicine degree in 1993. In 1993, she began her residency in Fort Collins, which led to her fondness for Colorado. She even spent time working along the eastern plains at Yuma District Hospital from 1997-1999, which showed her a different side of Colorado. Since her time on the eastern plains, she has spent most of her adult life in and around the Front Range practicing medicine, raising her family and co-founding her own practice.

Dr. Morgan was a co-founder of Balance Health in Greeley Colorado, a Family Practice Direct Primary Care facility. Dr. Dana continued further and founded another FPDPC, H.O.P.E., in 2022. H.O.P.E. stands for Hormone Optimization Practice and Esthetics where she focuses on a persons' hormone levels.

The team at Haxtun Health couldn't be more excited to welcome her to the campus. Her knowledge and expertise will benefit the entire community. Dr. Dana joined the Haxtun Health team at their annual Health Fair on June 1, where she met more of the team she will be working with and many community members who attended the fair. While at the Health Fair, she volunteered at the skin check station, where she examined several patients concerned about abnormal spots on their bodies. In June, she will start seeing patients three days a week once credentialing has been completed.
