1. Please give some background/history on the opening/purchase of your business.

In September 1996, 21st Century Equipment, Inc., was organized to purchase the John Deere dealership in Alliance, NE. In October 2013 21st Century Equipment, LLC, purchased MV Equipment, which included the Holyoke location. In June 2023, 21st Century Equipment merged with 4Rivers Equipment creating a total of 26 locations.

2. What are the owners/key players in your building?

Owen Palm is the CEO (located at the Scottsbluff office), Jon Nickless is the territory sales manager for the S1 territory (Holyoke, Ogallala and Imperial), Lonnie Kuenning is the territory parts/service manager for S1, Brandon Markert is the parts manager at Holyoke, Kyle Blochowitz is the service manager at Holyoke, Brent Slaubaugh and Blake Mari are our two salesmen. The Holyoke location has a total of 20 full-time employees, three student technicians, and four summer interns.

3. What services/products do you offer your customers?

John Deere equipment, parts, toys and clothes, Manitou telehandlers, Honda Powersport vehicles.
