Bulldog baseballers earn All-Conference honors for '24 season

Three Bulldogs were recognized with post-season honors at the conclusion of the 2024 baseball season. Recent graduate Kaiden Schelling and junior Ryland Wolff received All-Conference designations and freshman Madden Larsen was named All-Conference, Honorable Mention.

As a senior, Schelling spent most of his time on the pitcher's mound for the Bulldogs. He struck out 46 of the 154 batters he faced. Schelling also earned a .433 batting average and a .548 on base percentage. He registered 29 hits, 36 runs and 20 runs-batted-in.

In his four years with the Bulldogs, Schelling faced a total of 507 batters on the pitching mound. Of those 507, he sat down 130 batters via strikeouts. He tallied 66 total hits, 56 RBIs and 97 runs. Schelling earned a .911 fielding percentage throughout high school.

Wolff registered a .524 batting average and .659 on base percentage this season. He tallied 33 hits, 19 RBIs, 35 runs and earned a .774 fielding percentage as a junior. He also leads his team with 21 stolen bases.

In his freshman season, Larsen put up a .351 batting average and a .519 on base percentage. He tallied 20 hits, 17 RBIs and 25 runs. Larsen has a 1.000 fielding percentage. From the pitcher's mound, Larsen struck out 20 of 111 batters this season.

Post-season honors are decided by vote of head coaches from each team's respective league.
