1. Please give some background/history on the opening/purchase of your business.

Town Square Realty has been in business in Sterling since 2014. Johnna Harris, who has been selling with Town Square Realty since 2015, purchased a secondary location for TSR in November 2022 and began remodeling the property to hold some of the history with some modern charm. She currently works in the Haxtun office two days per week and the remaining time is spent in the Sterling location.

2. What are the owners/key players in your building?

Wendy Jerman is the broker/owner of Town Square Realty, Associates of TSR are Johnna Harris, Erin Debus, Karina Davis and Bob McCarty. John Jerman plays a key role as well, as he did a majority of the remodeling in the Haxtun office and is our designated “sign guy.”
