Phillips Co. landowners have two ballots this election

The Office of the Phillips County Clerk and Recorder would like to remind voters that ballots were mailed Monday, Oct. 17 and individual landowners who are active registered voters in Phillips County will receive both a regular ballot and a landowner ballot for this election.

Landowners will not get a landowner ballot if the land is registered to a trust, LLC or a business — the property must be owned by an individual.
