There will be several guest speakers that will touch on several different topics that are a part of a healthy diabetic lifestyle. This is an interactive class that allows for a laid-back atmosphere where discussion and questions are encouraged!

The class is open to anyone who wants to improve their health while living with or preventing diabetes. There will also be prizes and gifts awarded at the end of the six-week class.
