RRWCD recognizes board members

ALICE AND WAYNCE SKOLD are pictured with Rod Lenz following Wayne's recognition for his service to the Republican River Water Conservation District Board. Skold, along with fellow board member Stan Laybourn, are founding members of the RRWCD and have served on the Board since 2004. Skold and Laybourn were honored on Tuesday, Nov. 16 for their commitment to numerous committees and attendance at quarterly meetings.
