Haxtun Health COVID vaccination list hotline

Haxtun Health has established a COVID-19 Vaccination List Hotline to allow community members to sign up to receive the vaccine when it is available. Community members can call Haxtun Health at (970) 774-6123 Option 4 to be added to the list.

Vaccine Distribution

Haxtun Health is following all CDC and State of Colorado guidelines for dissemination of the vaccination. Healthcare workers and first responders have the option to receive the vaccine first, followed by those who are 70 and older. Haxtun Health has been allocated a limited number of vaccinations based on the size of our county.
