Haxtun Health engages community regarding services to be offered at Old Smith Hardware

Haxtun Health has been working diligently to gather information, assess and evaluate the building and work toward developing a plan for the Old Smith Hardware location that the District recently purchased.

One of the primary goals Haxtun Health wanted to accomplish was to engage the community on what they would potentially like to see happen with the location.
