Bergner receives 2020 Friend of 4-H award

GLORIA BERGNER, right, received the 2020 Friend of the 4-H award, presented by Phillips County 4-H Council President and her daughter, Lauren, during the annual achievement program Sunday. Bergner has served local 4-H youth in Phillips County for the past 20 years.
