Set aside grandstanding, bickering, politicizing and anger. Send them packing in short order along with impatience, intolerance, ungratefulness and wont. Unguarded emotions and irritable conversations are also ­­not welcome for a time. Reclaim ownership of your life from the media noise and hype.
