    Gymnastics has reached its regional weekend and a couple area competitors wrapped up their regular season on high notes. In a meet at Rocky Mountain, Lone Star's Alivia Weathers took home first place in the vault, second in both the bars and floor, and third in the all-around. Teammate Elizabeth Miller secured a third place finish in the vault. For Weathers, her score in the vault was the 11th best in Class 4A this season.     With the completion of the Spirit state championships last weekend, CHSAA's Season B has officially ended. That allows the focus to be shifted to Season C, which is already nearing its midpoint.     CHSAA's Season B officially comes to a close this week, as Spirit wraps up the slate of championships. Ten champions were crowned over the past weekend in basketball, and Class 3A girls finally got in the pool last Tuesday, for their state event.     History was made last weekend, as CHSAA officially crowned its first set of sanctioned champions in girls wrestling. Three young ladies from the area were slated to be part of the State meet, conducted last Thursday in Pueblo, but when the time rolled around, only two were able to hit the mats.
