    Phillips County clerk and recorder, Beth Zilla, has filed the county’s official, final March 3 presidential primary election vote counts with the Colorado Secretary of State’s office. Following required audits by the county, vote counts for the top three highest vote recipients have not changed from what was previously reported in The Haxtun-Fleming Herald.   • Newsstand rates increase for first time in 15 years

    The price per paper of The Haxtun-Fleming Herald has increased. For the first time in 15 years, Publishers have been forced to increase the price of the newspaper. Individual papers are now $2. Issues of the Herald can be found at Haxtun Super’s, Zip-Trip and Pi Kappa Cino in Haxtun. Papers at those newsstands will reflect the increase this week. However, yearly subscription costs will remain the same.
