13 Years Ago Oct. 14, 1936 David Templeton, prominent citizen of Haxtun and pioneer rancher in this territory, passed away early Sunday morning (Oct. 11, 1936) at the age of 90 years. A granary containing more than 200 bushels of wheat was destroyed at the farm operated by Hubert Brown two and one-half miles northeast of Haxtun Wednesday afternoon.
