A phone call to parents from Superintendent Darcy Garretson on Labor Day announced that all Haxtun High School students would be on remote learning until Sept. 16. The Phillips County Commissioners have reached an agreement with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment regarding groundwater monitoring for the next several years. The agreement’s announcement as well as terms were announced during the Commissioners month end meeting on Aug. 31.
