Haxtun Police Chief Tanya Mayhew reported the re-registration of sex offender James Leonard within Haxtun’s city limits last week. Bonnie Jean (Corning) Harms passed away on Aug. 13, 2020 in Sand Springs, Okla. She was born April 1, 1932 in Colby, Kan. to Lester and Hilda (Goodrow) Corning.
