The body discovered in an abandoned building in rural Phillips County earlier this has been identified. Phillips County Sheriff Thom Elliott said the remains are that of Bradley R. Dye, 56, of Castle Rock. The cause of death has been ruled as suicide. Arlen Dean Debus passed away on July 19, 2020 in Haxtun at the age of 88. Arlen was born on March 4, 1932 to Philip and Catherine (Constance) Debus in Haxtun.
