    Although some things may have looked a little differently this year, for the most part, the 2020 Phillips County Fair went on without a hitch despite many local county fairs being cancelled due to the current pandemic. The Phillips County Fair kicked off last Tuesday with the horse show and featured nearly 120 youth entrants with both 4-H and FFA projects.     The body discovered in an abandoned building in rural Phillips County earlier this has been identified. Phillips County Sheriff Thom Elliott said the remains are that of Bradley R. Dye, 56, of Castle Rock. The cause of death has been ruled as suicide. On June 13, the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a body with a gun in an abandoned building near a farmstead at county roads 57 and 40 near Amherst.
