    Kelsey Harms took her official oath of office to serve as Haxtun's Clerk/Treasurer in a Monday evening, June 6 meeting at the Haxtun Community Center. She takes the reins of the Clerk position following the retirement of Karie Wilson, effective June 1.     Andy Ray Barber passed away unexpectedly at his home in Haxtun on May 14, 2022. Andy was born on April 15, 1987 in Haxtun, the son of Randy Barber and Dawn Yack.
