    WHERE there's a need there's a Lion. Haxtun Hospital was in dire need for a patient transport and pharmacy delivery vehicle. The hospital delivered almost 2,000 prescriptions and traveled over 15,000 miles last year with a vehicle that was no longer reliable. The ability to take nursing home residents to off campus appointments, such as to the dentist and ophthalmologist and back was now at risk.     Haxtun Health will host its annual Health Fair on Saturday, June 1. The Health Fair will be from 7 a.m.–12 p.m. at the Haxtun Community Center. Pre-registration is available online at haxtunhealth.org. Participants can also register in person on the day of the fair. Upon registration, participants can choose which panel fit their needs.
