Because of their win, they were given the opportunity to compete at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, Ky.     Phillips County 4-H members celebrated another successful year of 4-H on Oct. 2 at their annual 4-H Achievement Day Program.     Thirteen Phillips County 4-H members, ages 9-18, attended a District Leadership Conference in Sterling on Feb. 19. This event was open to all 4-H and FFA members within the District area and was largely attended.
