The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation into a male party identified as Jimmy Weaver, 34, North Platte, Neb. It was discovered that an arrangement for a meeting between Weaver and an adolescent female for the purpose of sexual exploitation had been made. On April 13 Weaver arrived in Sedgwick County to meet with the adolescent female to engage in a sexual encounter.
