The Haxtun FFA Chapter held their annual Oyster Fry on Monday 29. The Oyster Fry is a time for the Chapter to thank member auction buyers for their continued support. This is also a time for members to meet with their buyers and talk to them about work. It is usually held in October but had to be postponed. On Oct. 27, the Haxtun FFA Chapter held a Halloween-themed night meeting. While following COVID guidelines, the members held a costume contest, carved pumpkins and watched a movie. In the individual costume contest, Heily Avery won first place. Cash Nab and Ella Coffin won the group costume contest.
