    The current COVID pandemic and the toll local rising numbers is having on the Haxtun School District took up a good chunk of time during a two-hour Board of Education meeting last week.     Phillips County has seen a spike in the number of positive COVID cases over the past two weeks. The County also saw its first COVID-19 related death.
