The second annual Haxtun Relays at Holyoke High School took place Friday afternoon, April 28. Haxtun began hosting the relays on Holyoke's qualifying all-weather track last year under the direction of Head Coach Jared Anderson. Kneaded Wellness is under new ownership. Sara Firme purchased the Fleming business last month from Alicea Einspahr and while the transition in ownership takes place, Firme is finishing up her required training and testing to become a licensed massage therapist. Postmaster Ben Thill took over his new role on March 25 and brings with him nearly 18 years' experience with the United States Postal Service. Thill takes the reins of Haxtun Postmaster following the retirement of Melinda Groshans at the end of 2022 after nearly 38 with the postal service.
