According to Haxtun School Board President Amy Kilgour, the District received 10 applications for the lead position.     The price per paper of The Haxtun-Fleming Herald has increased. For the first time in 15 years, Publishers have been forced to increase the price of the newspaper. Individual papers are now $2.
